TemperedFit: Christian Services & Consulting has existed as a ministry for the past nine years. January 11, 2019 is when the ministry became fully recognized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, under a group exemption. Our current board members, Ms. Crystal Brazelton, Dr. Marlena Butler, Mrs. Mindy Doughtie and Mrs. Lori Provencher, are great women of faith. We invite you to view our ministry principles and beliefs.
Our Ministry's mission is to cultivate spiritual growth through intentional discipleship
How We Disciple
TemperedFit walks alongside people seeking to establish and maintain spiritually, physically and emotionally balanced lives. All of our therapy and consulting services are available to individuals, schools, churches, businesses and organizations across the United States. We offer sponsorships (similar to an EAP) and creative partnering opportunities to employers, church leaders, etc. Imagine the impact your support will have:
- teaching your students, members, clients and employees first aid for emotional hurt and injuries
- strengthening individuals and families with the tools they need to lead a healthy life
- supplying the help your community needs to work through anxiety, anger, grief, shame, spiritual struggles, relationship concerns and depression
- providing professional Christian therapy and pastoral counseling
- leading people to Christ and into deeper intimacy with the Father
How Our Services Help
People contact TemperedFit looking for hope and wanting to know if there is hope for them finding freedom. Our ministry is built upon scriptural principles Jesus used to help others. Jesus helped people who wanted His help and were willing to accept His truth. Jesus states in John 8:32 "and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." He further states in John 14:6 "I am the way, the truth, and the life." Truth is about entering into a deeper intimate relationship with the one who is truth such that he frees us through his power, over the kingdom of darkness, from Satan's lies about our identity in Christ. Albert Einstein observed "The significant problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them." God, through the Holy Spirit, takes us to a deeper spiritual understanding in which we are set free from the bondage of Satan's lies that keep us from experiencing all the fullness in life He gives. Therefore, there is hope for resolving any conflict "...because greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world," I John 4.
